Thank you for shopping at Ainube Beauty. We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  2. The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  3. Certain items, such as opened personal care products (like lash serums), may not be eligible for hygiene reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used lash serums

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items


How to Return

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  1. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at bloommix1@outlook.com.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at bloommix1@outlook.com with photos of the product.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
