Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another notification when it has been shipped.


Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We offer Standard Shipping for all orders within the United States:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

Delivery times may vary depending on location or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Ainube Beauty is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • Orders may only be shipped to the address provided at checkout.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Ainube Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at bloommix1@outlook.com with photos of the damage.

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
